CFType Pastillator Working principleCF Type Pastillator makes the moltenmaterial flowing from the
upstream process drop to the steelbelt moving at a uniform
velocity. The upward spray coolingand water returning device is
provided below the belt to insurethat the molten material spreading
uniformly on the belt maybe cooled and cured in the course of being
conveyed to thedischarge end. On the basis of the properties of the
materialand requirements for use, different operating modes of
andmechanisms for intermittent dropping, continuous bar outputor
full-width overflow may be selected for the material
distributingdevice so as to yield hemisphere, strip or flake shaped
products. Main merits: Reduce dust, improveworking
condition, operate continuously,
raiseproduction efficiency. The shape of the pastille is regularso
as to make great value. The technologyof heat transfer and atomized spray forced cooling
withthin steel belt is adopted to insure fast cooling andcuring of
melting material. As the steelbelt change direction and bends at the discharge
end,which make it easy for the cured material to break awayfrom the
junction face with steel belt ,dust is littlewhen the material is
discharged, the shape of pastilleis protected. As the materialdistributor and steel belt are respectively driven
bystepless variable-frequency governor motors, the operatingspeed
may be controlled in accordance with the productioncapacity and the
material's property data. The temperatureis controlled in three steps to insure the system
operatedin stable and reliable state.
Appliedscope: The plant is applied to productswith the melting point below 250℃
for curing and shaping.Typical applied materials include: Sulphur,
Paraffin Wax, Resin, Asphalt, MaleicAnhydride, Trimellitic
Anhydride, Salt Stearate, Hot-Melt Adhesives, M-Phenylenediamine,
